Over the last ten years, our master's program developped as a place where interesting and well-connected people from all over the world meet each other virtually and in person. They come together for polishing up and developing their knowledge of an ever quicker changing world. Peace keepers and media people, fighter pilots and people in the corporate sector, NGO representatives and diplomats share the interest and “addiction” to understand what is going on in Eastern Europe in terms of European integration, capital flows, conflict resolution strategies, reconciliation, migration, and many other current developments.
Within two years, participants earn an M.A. degree according to Bologna standards, with 120 credit points. Students do not have to terminate their jobs or change location: They study online via our learning management system Blackboard and come to Berlin for four five-day in-house classes only. Nevertheless they study at one of the best universities in Europe, recently once more distinguished as one of the few excellent universities in Germany.
