Julia Eder has a degree in International Management and is a certified EU fundraiser and project manager. She teaches the Module "Project Management".
Julia Eder earned her degree in International Management at the University of Applied Sciences of Gelsenkirchen. During those studies she took a project management course at Juniata College in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. Simultaneously she created a field project for finding business IT solutions at an American insurance company. She wrote her thesis on the strategic management process in non-profit organizations with figures and information from the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad in Brussels, where she did an internship as well.
Julia Eder has worked as project manager for logistics projects in the French automotive sector, and as marketing manager in the advertising agency of a renowned Swiss newspaper. In 2016, she became a certified EU fundraiser and project manager. Together with different project teams she has applied for funds from the European Commission to combat right-wing populism (Rights, Equality and Citizenship Program) and to facilitate sustainable methods of food consumption by means of an integrated IT platform (Horizon 2020 Program). Julia Eder also teaches project management at the Freie Universität Berlin since 2017.
