Stephan Heidenhain
Stephan Heidenhain
Stephan Heidenhain studied law in Tübingen and Berlin (FU). He passed the First Judicial State Examination in 1994, the Second Judicial State Examination in Brandenburg (Potsdam) in 1996. He holds a Ph.D. in law from Europa Universität Viadrina Frankfurt/Oder (2000). 1999 - 2002 he worked as legal advisor with OSCE in Tallinn / Estonia and Warsaw / Poland. Since 2003, he participated in numerous short-term election observation missions with the OSCE in various East European and Central Asian countries. Currently he is working as lawyer in Prague (admitted both with the German and the Czech bar).

 

His research interests include: European and Czech consumer protection law, Czech bankruptcy law and energy law, law of national minorities and electoral law.
