Pari Namazie
Pari Namazie

Pari Namazie obtained her PhD in International Human Resources Management from Middlesex University in the UK in 2007. Part of the scope of her PhD was looking at the effect and role of culture in the success of international joint ventures. She has contributed book chapters and articles to HR and intercultural fields and has been a regular speaker at international conferences. She is a member of the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research (SIETAR) Europe. She comes with an 18 year background in management consulting, HR consulting and intercultural communication training. She was directly involved in the establishment, management and growth of 3 successful consulting companies based in Iran, specializing in the fields of strategy, HR and executive selection. Her training expertise in the intercultural field has focused on intercultural awareness for expatriates, teambuilding and leadership development specifically in Iran and the Middle East.

Her research activities include the effect and role of culture in management, factors effecting the development of HR in the Middle East.
