Volkhart Vincentz
Volkhart Vincentz holds a degree in economics from the University of Munich and a Ph. D. (Economics) with distinction from Boston University, USA.
Since 1980 he has researched at the Economics Department of the Osteuropa- Institute, Munich, where he became deputy head in 1997. From 1994 till 2002 he was a member of the German Advisory Group at the Government of Ukraine in Kiev. Between 1998 and 2001 he was undertook several short-term consulting missions in Russia and Armenia. He taught at the universities of Munich, Kiev and Regensburg.
His fields of Interest are economic growth and convergence as well as foreign direct investment.
